Requirements:

Each person must have a PC (sorry, MACs not compatible with the program) laptop downloaded with the trial version of ProShow Gold 4.0, available at www.photodex.com. Bring your laptop cords , please don’t rely on your battery. The software is $69. Most slideshow software programs are similar and there are even some free ones with limited abilities. You can transfer a lot of what you’ll learn during the workshop to your choice of programs. We do recommend ProShow Gold 4.0. The trial version is a full working version and will be fine for use in the workshop.

Each person must agree to be photographed and videotaped in the workshop setting. These photographs will be used to create a show to present at the end of the day and also will be used to promote the workshop. You will be asked to sign a model release for these purposes.

Included in workshop:

Multimedia components - You do not need to bring photos or other multimedia components. You will be provided with a standardized set of images, video and audio components.

Handouts covering class notes

Refreshments at registration and during breaks

Lunch – We'll provide a deli platter and salads for lunch. The studio is a bit too far from any convenient lunch spot.

Cost:

$75 per person.
